Our Team 

Voter Formation Project is made up of leaders in political communications, digital strategy, data science, media planning, creative design, nonprofit management, and more, with decades of combined experience working together to make voting more accessible for people of color.

 

Led by Tatenda Musapatike, Voter Formation Project was founded as a stand-alone entity after successfully operating as a program within a larger organization during the 2020 election cycle. Previously, Tatenda worked at Facebook helping Democratic and progressive campaigns develop and implement their advertising strategies. Tatenda is one of the country’s foremost experts on how technology can be used to expand the electorate.
